As Christians, we believe rightly so that God instituted marriage<\/strong> from the beginning, starting with the creation of Adam and Eve<\/strong>. His divine plan is for spouses to live in harmony<\/strong> and remain together until death<\/strong>. Malachi 2:16 (NIV)<\/strong><\/p>

In Matthew 19:8<\/strong>, when Jesus was questioned by the Pharisees about why Moses allowed divorce, He replied: \u201cMoses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard.
