WHO WE ARE!
Our Journey Together
My name is Boniface, married to Sonia, my one and only wife of over 48 years.
We made our promise to each other before God in a small church in Cardiff, South Wales, U.K. Sonia had lived there with her family since childhood, while I had travelled from Kenya to pursue an undergraduate course at the University of Wales.
God blessed us with our first child, a boy, in 1977. Later, four more siblings two boys and two girls joined him. Today, we are proud grandparents of six wonderful grandchildren.
A Life of Faith and Commitment
Over these 48 years, we have walked through joy and sorrow, plenty and lack, sickness and health. We don’t expect the future to be free from challenges, but we remain committed through dedication, determination, and a strong faith in God to overcome whatever lies ahead.
Our Calling and Backgrounds
Since affirming our faith in 1977, I was ordained as a pastor in 1980 after the passing of my father, under the same church umbrella. Professionally, I have worked with International Business Machines (IBM) and their local agent for 16 years, before transitioning to family-run businesses.
Sonia, a trained nurse, has a diverse career history. She has:
Applied her counselling and psychology skills while working with children with special needs.
Helped expectant couples and single women, especially after the loss of a previous pregnancy.
More recently, taught non-English-speaking adults, including ambassadors and diplomats, by special request.
Our Ministry to Marriages
Over the years, we have informally guided married couples, helping them identify root challenges and work through them. The result? Transformed, joyful, and lasting relationships.
It is now our heartfelt desire to walk with you in discovering how to live a pleasant, wired up, and comforting family life.
With God’s help, and our shared journey with you, we believe your marriage and family can be transformed.
Continued Growth
To strengthen our knowledge, we attended a six-month Certificate Course in Counselling Psychology between January and July 2023.
